Fake NATO summit posts target public employees

Turkey's Directorate of Communications, through its Disinformation Combat Center, warned of fake social media and messaging posts using public institutions' names and logos. They claim a "NATO Summit Security Coordination Center" has an application portal for priority public workers. The centre says the portal is fake and designed to steal personal information.
What to do: Treat any 'application portal' you find on social media or messaging apps as fake until an official government site confirms it, and never enter ID or personal details there.
